Our meads
We maintain all the terroir of the hives that produce honey.
The honeys are cold fermented and then we aged them in barrels and mature them in bottles until they are ready to be served.
They are classified in three groups:
- Low Mountain Mead: Elaborated with floral mediterranean honey of rosemary and thyme. Nº 1 y Nº 2.
- High Mountain Mead: They are made with mineral atlantic honeys, heather, calluna and honeydew. Nº 3 a Nº 6.
- Especial macerated meads: Elaborated through macerations or sils or special barrels (chesnut and acacia). M y S.
